Invoe is built privacy-first: it runs entirely on your device, so there is very little data to talk about. This page explains exactly what Invoe accesses and how your information is handled.
01Introduction
Invoe is a 100% offline invoice maker published by OMA Tech Studio. This Privacy Policy describes what the app accesses on your device and how your information is treated. By using Invoe, you agree to the practices described here.
02Data We Collect
Invoe is 100% offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers — in fact, we don't operate any servers at all.
Everything you create — invoices, quotes, clients, expenses, business profiles and settings — is stored only on your device and stays with you.
03Local Data Storage
- Your data lives in a local SQLite database on your device.
- Backups you create are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a PIN you choose.
- No data is sent to any server.
- No account or login is required to use Invoe.
04Camera & Photos
Invoe uses your camera and photo library only when you choose to attach a photo to an invoice (for example, a receipt) or to upload a business logo.
These images are stored locally in the app's private storage and are never uploaded to any server.
05Advertising (Free Tier)
The free version of Invoe shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve those ads, AdMob may collect an Advertising ID and limited device information.
This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
06In-App Purchases
The one-time Premium purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We don't store any payment information — Google handles the entire transaction and we only receive confirmation that the purchase succeeded.

You are always in full control of your data:
- Uninstall the app and all of your data is deleted.
- Or clear the app's data from your device's settings at any time.
Because we never receive your data, deletion is always entirely in your hands.
09Children's Privacy
Invoe is a business utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
